worse. Well, before you deep-six your computer, give us a call. We’ve
brought many computers back from the brink.

| Most of the time, unless it’s a hardware
problem, there’s no need to lug your computer to a shop for repair. You
can have your computer repaired in the comfort of your own home without
letting a stranger into your house. We can fix computers right over the
internet using remote control.

|
|
| |
| “How does this work?” you ask. It’s actually
quite simple. A technician will guide you to go to a certain website,
click a button, accept a couple permissions windows, and then your
computer will connect with one of ours. Then sit back and relax while
we get to work.

|
| |
| “What if I can’t get online or it won’t let me
go to any websites?” Quite often a virus will make changes that will
hijack your browser or damage the system in such a way that you cannot
get to the website to make the connection. In this case, your
BrimstonePC technician will walk you through a few steps to try to get
you back online.

| If you consider yourself computer illiterate
and/or don’t speak computer lingo, don’t worry about it. We don’t
expect you to be an expert and we promise not to speak too much geek.
In fact we’re really easy to talk with and understand the frustration
with your computer. Our technicians are U.S. based and speak plain
American English.

|
| |
| It’s safe. The remote connection uses 256 bit
encryption – the same as what banks use. So no one else will be able to
see what’s going on. If you leave your computer at a shop, you have no
idea what's being done to it. With us, you’re welcome to watch every
step. And if for any reason if you feel the need, you can take control
of the mouse and close the connection at any time. Once the connection
is closed, we cannot get back on your computer.

|
| |
| We take confidentiality and your privacy very
seriously. We don’t rummage through your stuff and we honestly don’t
care what’s on your computer. Of course if the problem is a virus
infection, the scanners we use will scan through every file on your
computer.

|
| |
| We promise to provide you the best customer
service you’ve ever experienced. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll work on
your computer again for free to make it right. And if you’re still not
satisfied, there will be no charge. Period! We also have a “No Fix – No
Pay” guarantee. If we can’t fix your computer, there’s no charge.

|
| |
| You’ll notice we don’t have the lowest prices.
That’s because as with most things in life, you get what you pay for.
We provide a high quality service and want to be here for years to come
to help you with your computer problems. Ask us about any specials that
we might have. We almost always have special pricing on one or more of
our services each month.

Some things we’ll likely need when you’re ready
to get started:
- Make and model of your desktop or
laptop computer.
- Which Windows is running on your
computer? (if you’re not sure,
don’t worry. We’ll find out later.)
- Is your computer connected to the
internet by wire or is it
wireless?
- A high speed internet connection is
required. Sorry, no dialup
connections.
- Unless you’re just calling for
information, please have some
focused time to sit at the computer to get started.
- Please have a fairly quiet environment
for the support session. It’s really
not fair to the technician if a child is on your lap screaming
into the phone.
- Have your credit card ready. This is
the only form of payment we
can accept.
- Have your computer turned on and on the
Web if possible.

| So give us a call or fill out the call-back form
below. We’ll call you back as soon as we can. Sometimes we’re really
busy on the phone speaking with clients and you might get stuck on hold
for a while when you call. If this happens and you’d rather not hold,
press 4 when you hear the prompt and leave a call back message.
